In many of our homes, the Church Hill Homes customization process begins with a meeting with our Home Design team to find out what homes and floor plans you like and how we can shape those to make your ideas a reality. For some customers, the process might only involve choosing the final touches to an almost completed home. Either way, our focus on customer service and a dedication to detail will help you create the home you’ve always wanted!

After you have purchased a home, you will begin working with our Selections Coordinator. Our Selections Coordinator will help you through the process of picking the interior finishes that truly make your home the one of your dreams. While your home is being built, you will meet periodically to make decisions according to a Design Schedule, provided to you during the first meeting. Our Selections Coordinator is your point of contact during this process and can help answer any questions you might have regarding further customization and interior finishes.

To help in this process, we have completely outfitted a residential condo located on the 4th floor of our Downtown Charlottesville office. This Onsite Design Center enables you to view different finishes such as bathroom tile, crown molding, lighting fixtures, and flooring in each of the rooms of the center. From the bamboo flooring in the master bedroom closet, to the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, our customers have the advantage of seeing how certain finishes go together in an actual home setting.

At the same time, we have an array of samples you can choose from so you don’t have to visit multiple vendors’ showrooms.
